When you submit a contact form or work order, we collect the information you provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Details about your repair request

We do not collect any payment information, and we do not use cookies or analytics tools to track your activity on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or fulfill your club repair order
• Send you status updates on your repair (e.g. when work begins and when your clubs are ready for pickup)

We will not send you marketing emails or add you to any mailing list.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except for the service providers necessary to operate this site:

• Cloudflare — provides website hosting, security, and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare may process request data as part of delivering the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails on our behalf (e.g. status update notifications). See Resend's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Submission records are retained for general business record-keeping purposes. If you would like your information removed, just ask and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it at any time. To do so, email us at privacy@402golf.com.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-protection tool, may set a short-lived cookie as part of its security check. No personal data is stored in this cookie.
